Scott Maizlish
Park City, Utah
Born in Kansas City, Scott Maizlish says "real estate is in his blood." His father, Irv Maizlish, was a commercial developer and Scott decided to follow in his footsteps. After graduating from college with a degree in communications, Scott worked for shopping center developers in Southern Florida. He later transitioned into the technology arena working for IBM and Cisco.
After vacationing in Park City since 2000, Scott and his family became permanent residents in 2005. Their love of outdoor activities was a natural fit with the Park City lifestyle. Scott has become very involved with the community and serves on the Board of the Park City Education Foundation and is an enthusiastic supporter of Mountain Town Music, Peace House, and many other philanthropic programs. When he is not working, Scott can be found skiing, mountain biking on miles of nearby trails, paddling on the Jordanelle, or enjoying the outdoor concerts at Deer Valley.
Upon arrival in Park City, Scott quickly hit the ground running and has successfully represented buyers and sellers in all areas of Park City. He specializes in the luxury home market in areas such as Upper and Lower Deer Valley, Bald Eagle, The Colony, Old Town and Park Meadows. His clients are very successful and highly sophisticated people who understand that today's volatile market represents the best time since 1992 to acquire Park City real estate. Scott succeeds in meeting his client's expectations by listening to their needs, wants, and goals and then educating them on the Park City market so they can make the best choices. Listening to a client's needs is simply the best way to help locate the perfect property for his clients, then "real estate in Park City sells itself."
Park City is the perfect place to raise a family, spend time with friends and enjoy life. As they say, "It's all good!"
