After serving 26 years in the Military and over10 years in the private sector, I have developed my KSA’s in the following areas: International Perspective, Technology, Security, Cross Functional Teams, and Operationalizes Strategies, Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution & Mediation, Performance Management, Coaching, Leadership, and Policy development.
Over the past 10 years, I have been trying to establish myself with the business community. Being proactive in communicating issues that concern me in the business community and socially as well. Part of who I am is a Veteran, a Husband, Father, and a Leader without a title. Now all I need is a cause, and I can help other Veterans or Anyone else that has being replaced or not given the opportunity because of their background.
