I've always had a big mouth (and apparently horrible taste in clothes), am eager to share opinions, and always got in trouble for talking in class. What can I say, it's in my DNA as an incurable extrovert.
I found early on that set of habits lends itself well to sales, storytelling, and connecting with people. I work hard to reshape the sales process so my customers don't walk away feeling like they bought a late 70's Buick (despite the butterfly collar).
