I am a FinTech executive and professional management consultant with a focus on financial services innovation projects and start-ups. I am passionate about making the world better through critical thought and through a chuckle or two at life and its players.

I have helped over 30 leading US, Canadian and UK financial and consumer brands such as AGF Funds Management, Progressive Insurance, MGIC, GE Capital, American Express, Office Max, Sony Canada, Charles Schwab, VISA, and IBM with new product and channel growth strategies. I have written extensively about the Canadian and US mortgage, e-commerce, deposits, pensions and payments markets.

I have lived and worked in Canada and the United States, and have dual Canadian and UK citizenship.

I am a Certified Management Consultant, and hold a BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA with Distinction (Ivey Scholar) from Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. I am a President and board member of Radius Child and Youth Services, Canada’s leading provider of abuse counseling services and research services, and sit on the Financial Services and Technology advisory board of Enterprise Ireland and am an advisor with Ryerson University's National Institute on Aging.
