A native of Southern California, Scott is CEO and co-founder of The Pango Group, which is the parent company of Glen Oaks Escrow, American Trust Escrow, CV Escrow, Escrow Trust Advisors, VOI Insurance and several other companies. Each entity is committed to providing industry-leading resources with local expertise. Dedicated to progress, the companies have grown under Scott’s leadership and now include thirteen office locations throughout Southern California and Arizona. As a business owner, Scott is committed to strengthening industry knowledge both within his organization and for real estate professionals nationally.

A prominent and respected member of the Glendale community, Scott has served in an advisory capacity for a number of organizations. He serves on the board of Glendale Community College, is a member and past President of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and supports a diversity of women’s and multicultural organizations, including Women’s Council of Realtors, Soroptimist International, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).
