With a background in investment management spanning 23 years, Scott Asner serves as founding principal of Eighteen Capital Group in Kansas City, MO. He leads a family office and private equity firm that pursues diverse real estate investments with an emphasis on multifamily housing with value-added potential. Guiding a team of 200, Scott Asner leverages partner capital in oversight of 33 properties encompassing nearly 7,000 units.

Mr. Asner earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Pennsylvania and completed law studies at Stanford University. He was active as an attorney for two decades before turning to the investment sphere.
