Scott Bajtos

Scott Bajtos provides over 24 years of expertise in the enterprise software and services industry. He has a vast amount of knowledge in the fields of customer support operations, customer loyalty and maintenance sales.

Scott is currently the senior Vice President of global services and customer advocacy at VMware, a provider of virtualization solutions from the desktop to the data center.

Prior to joining VMware, Mr. Bajtos worked for Business Objects, an SAP company, where he was responsible for a 304M€ annual license revenue and a sales organization of 258 quota carrying sales professionals across EMEA. Scott also had global responsibility for $600M of revenue, a $108M budget, and leading a team of 1350 sales and delivery professionals in 10 sites around the world.

Scott Bajtos also served as vice president of the office of customer advocacy at Cadence Design Systems, where he created the company's global customer advocacy program that focused on strengthening customer loyalty while maximizing revenue and satisfaction.

He has participated in the Support and Services Professional Association (SSPA) the leading industry association for IT support professionals and INSEAD, a multi-campus international graduate business school and research institution. Mr. Bajtos also serves on the board of directors for the Service Executive Industry Board (SEIB), a forum of senior leaders dedicated to advancing the excellence and long-term direction of services inside technology-based hardware, software, and healthcare companies.

Scott Bajtos holds a bachelor's of arts degree with honors in management from Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California.
