Scott Christopher Peterson

Being able to perform duties at different levels within several disciplines has allowed me to learn many unique, important areas of content creation and entertainment practices, enabling me to properly and effectively manage and direct groups of any magnitude. I carry the ability to direct the vision of any creative organization in the entertainment industry. In addition, my regular interaction with all company departments has allowed me to work on collaborative problem solving with each company's big-picture development and constant improvements at stake. My experience wearing "different hats" has contributed in many areas to the overall success of both Turbine, Inc. (A Warner Brothers studio) and Sony Computer Entertainment America.

I provide a calm, likeable, welcomed approach to management, which has allowed me to get the best out of all my direct and indirect reports. My demeanor and treatment of individuals is appreciated and inspiring.
