In my 10+ years in marketing leadership roles I've consistently proven to be good at one thing: simplification.

At Microsoft, we simplified pricing and go-to-market to unlock new growth opportunities in China. Later, at customer feedback start-up, Medallia, we reduced our value prop to its essence; that lit-up a growing sales organization and helped Medallia become the most funded start-up in the Sequoia portfolio. And now at Tintri, we are shaking up the $20B data storage industry with a simple mantra: challenge the storage quo.

Marketing is at its best when its clear and compelling to customers. Since my single best skill is simplification, it'd be ironic to write more.
