Scott Eaton is a New Hampshire-based entrepreneur and construction professional. At present, Scott Eaton serves as a Project Manager at Espana Building & Development, Inc., in Auburn, New Hampshire.

Espana Building and Development possesses nearly four decades of experience serving the Auburn, NH, area. While at Espana, Mr. Eaton has worked on real estate initiatives involving Dunkin’ Donuts and Royal Limousine locations and has helped to build an extension of the Manchester airport.

In addition to fulfilling his duties at Espana Building & Development, he runs Energy Retainment Systems in Auburn, NH. As owner and Project Manager, he has helped to improve the efficiency of historic country buildings through modern methods of insulation and weatherization.
