Chairman and Managing Director of Allied Telesis Labs (Philippines). Responsible for managing research and development around software development, network management and outsourcing services. Previously Director for Global Service and Support for the Allied Telesis Group responsible for standardizing and maintaining the high service level and reputation of technical services within the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Allied Telesis also directed global support services at Ariba Inc. including starting support operations for Asia Pacific and developing new customer support operations in Tokyo, Singapore and Melbourne. A significant and diverse background in technical services including project management, technical event management and training development for Oracle Australia as well an engineering and analyst postiions in customer service, support and operations at National Australia Bank.
