I'm an insurance bad faith and catastrophic personal injury lawyer in Pasadena, California. I started my own firm, The Law Offices of Scott Glovsky, in 1999.

Since then, I have represented a number of accident victims that were harmed by faulty products and/or negligent drivers, and clients that have included health insurance policyholders that were denied needed care for brain injuries and organ transplants.

I have also represented employees who have been wrongfully terminated and advocated on their behalf. Whether my clients were terminated for being a whistleblower or there was harassment in their workplace, I have worked to make sure their rights are protected.

I have had cases that were profiled on CNN and other major networks, and I have appeared in People Magazine and in the film SiCKO. I have also appeared frequently as a guest on AirTalk with Larry Mantle.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and I received my J.D. from Cornell Law School. I am also a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.

Every year since 2006 I have been named one of Southern California's Super-Lawyers. I have received the Consumer Attorneys Association of California "Street Fighter of the Year Award" and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles President's Award of Merit.

I also host and run a popular podcast called Trial Lawyer Talk.
