S.N. Goldsmith

I'm S.N. Goldsmith, a part-time author and creator of the Mirrored Realm, a high fantasy world of near-infinite possibilities. It is within this world that I have set my short stories and novellas. This is a beginning that I hope, one day, shall blossom into a flourishing world full of cities steeped in culture, and tribal lands thick in mysticism, omens and ritual. A world into which readers and role-players alike can immerse themselves, contribute to and enjoy.

I currently live in South Australia. I have a wife, two children and a dog. I greatly enjoy listening to audiobooks during my commute to and from Adelaide CBD, where I work full-time within the logistics industry.

My career path has taken me across many disciplines and through several countries, beginning with a position as a weapons engineer in the UK. Later, and after several twists and turns, I eventually became an archaeologist working out of Cyprus. Now, through another convoluted path, I find myself here in the logistics field in South Australia.

My many and varied occupations have stood me in good stead, giving me several quite diverse mindsets from which I can view the world. It's an eclectic mix to be sure but one that leaves me in a good position to write and gives me a great amount of experience to draw on.

Although I currently write fantasy stories, I do enjoy a good Sci-Fi tale. My love for both genres is unquenchable, leading me to have a mixed collection of audiobooks in my library. Unfortunately, as my wife is an avid paperback reader, our bookshelves at home are woefully short of available space, relegating my collection of books to the digital medium.
