Dr. Scott Gottlieb has more than 20 years of experience in a range of roles related to healthcare policy, medical technology, and regulation.

Dr. Scott Gottlieb appears regularly on cable news channels including CNBC, Fox News, and ABC News, He is a regular contributor on issues healthcare reform, medicine, and technological innovation in national newspapers and magazines, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, USA Today, and the Los Angeles Times. In addition, Dr. Gottlieb appears regularly on nationally syndicated radio shows for NPR, America’s Radio News Network, and Sirius XM.

In addition to his work in healthcare policy, business, and finance, Dr. Scott Gottlieb has continued to practice medicine as a hospitalist physician and a clinical assistant professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York. Since 2007 he has held the position of resident fellow at the public policy think tank, the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Scott Gottlieb completed his medical studies and residency and internship training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT.
