Scott Gould
Management Consultant
Scott is a communicator and management consultant who uses his 16 years of experience in engagement to help people and organisations engage better.
He has worked extensively in the area, part of that time as a church pastor, and also lectured in the psychology of influence for 4 years on an ILM course.
Previously, Scott co-founded the popular Like Minds series of conferences that were rated a top-ten ideas event by The Guardian and WIRED. Through Like Minds he also led a team of 15 consultants to create Finland's tourism social media strategy. He also led a 'startup church' that tripled in size under his leadership.
Over his career thus far, Scott has delivered 500 talks, carried out over 20,000 hours of community building, and run 1,000 events. He is the author of The Engaging Method, a psychology-based approach to engagement, and facilitator of Ampersand Club, a peer-mentoring group in South West England.
Scott is a Practitioner Member of the Association of Business Psychologists, Member of the Chartered Management Institute, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
