- Wrote features stories, press releases, previews, and game recaps along with media guides, game programs, and game notes for assigned sports.
- Landed the Hampden-Sydney Basketball team on ESPN’s SportsCenter on two occasions.
- Oversaw a student employment staff annually over 10 students.
- Assisted in the implementation of a new athletics website from PrestoSports that provided an improved interface, new features, and enhanced social media integration.
- Invented a method to provide live stats via cloud storage program Dropbox, a method now used by numerous schools and at the 2011 Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl.
- Designed and developed print and digital media guides and brochures, newspaper and digital advertisements, and promotional graphics for the athletics website.
- Increased the role of social media by creating Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube pages and expanding the usage of Twitter. The Facebook and Twitter accounts had the most followers per student in the conference.
