I am currently a Senior R&D manager with responsibility for Packaging R&D, Process Technology, and Product Sensory teams for General Mills businesses outside of the United States. This group has been titled as "Technical Services".

My leadership focus has been across both innovation and cost savings in food and beauty care products. In each of my recent roles, I have delivered new strategies for the teams, their approach to the business, and how to maximize their individual strengths to deliver on stretch team objectives.

I have had the pleasure of leading teams and projects on several great brands from Sure & Secret Antiperspirants and Pantene hairspray to Betty Crocker and Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

My greatest achievement has not only been to deliver the new packages / processes and significant cost savings / efficiencies, but to evaluate, develop and successfully utilize the people in my teams. My wide variety of experiences give me a great background to both mentor / coach people and to bring a different approach to major projects.

My results have come from my passion to seek unique solutions and overcome the obstacles. My goal is to transfer this energy to my team to enable others to drive the projects.
