• I develop web & database applications that deliver a great User Experience
• I build companies that solve problems the right way, with attention to Service Design and Customer Experience
• I completed the Founder Institute LA startup accelerator program in June 2011, launching ZenCX
• My creative outlet is an Internet marketing services company called Twisted Puppy
• I fly a DJI Phantom drone
• I work really hard (& alot)
• Music surrounds me, everything from Coltrane to Neil Young to The Clash
• Somehow I still have time for my wife, son and daughter
