With over 13 years of experience in R&D I have a gathered a great deal of experience managing both people, projects and products.

I offer the proven ability to drive measurable performance into technical and operational teams. Using a hands-on approach to project and people management I create an environment that encourages accountability, synchronizes members to common objectives and creates channels for effective communication and collaboration.

As an engineer I've gained the hands on experience to understand what can go wrong and how things can go right. As an engineering director I understand how value creation should drive development, the importance of aligning strategic initiatives and how to succeed in change management.
