Howdy, my name is Scott Kincaid and I started in the usability industry in the early 1990's with a lofty goal to make the world more intuitive.

After graduating from Texas A&M; with a BS in Computer Science, I spent 15 years working for Usability Sciences Corporation, a small research consulting company in Dallas. As to be expected in small companies, I wore many hats including; Researcher, Operations Manager, Sales Engineer, and Executive. In my time of usability consulting, I worked in a *wide* range of industries and performed research in North America, Europe and Asia for many leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Disney, Microsoft, and Dell. To say the least, it was truly a fantastic opportunity to work in a different industry and domain every 5 weeks for 15 years!

In 2009, I moved to San Francisco and led the User Research team at salesforce.com. After 4 years in California, decided to move back to Usability Sciences in Texas.

My career goal continues to be around trying to make the world a little more intuitive one bit at a time...
