Scott is the Managing Director of the MAA and since joining the trade body in 2001, he has built a dynamic and diverse membership of over 90 agencies from the cutting edge of communications-strategy and creativity. He is a passionate evangelist for the industry and is the driving force behind delivering on the MAA’s brand promise of openness.

Prior to absorbing himself in the world of agencies, Scott was the Marketing Manager for Endsleigh Insurance and following that, set up the graduate recruitment division of International recruitment firm Major Players, where he sat on the council of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and was the Director of education for the Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM).

He is in a civil partnership with his partner Gavan and is the proud father of a six-year-old boy and seven-year-old girl.
