Administrative Professional, Web Designer, and Photographer in Barrie
I’m Scott Kresan Tilbe, an administrative professional based in Barrie, Ontario, with a multidisciplinary background spanning administration, photography, web design, technology, and visual media. My professional and academic experiences have given me an appreciation for precision, thoughtful communication, and the value of approaching challenges from more than one perspective.
For the past several years, I have worked as an Office Administrator at a gastroenterology clinic in Barrie. Working in a professional office environment has strengthened my ability to manage details, support established processes, and contribute to an organized and dependable workplace. I take pride in being attentive, adaptable, and consistent, particularly in roles where effective administration provides the foundation for a well-functioning team.
My creative and technical interests have developed alongside my administrative career. I studied Digital Photography and Web Design at Georgian College before pursuing Computer Science at Laurentian University and Film and Television at Canadore College. This combination of disciplines has shaped the way I think about communication and problem-solving. Photography taught me to consider composition, perspective, and detail, while web design introduced another dimension through structure, functionality, and the experience of the end user.
I have also gained professional experience in photography, customer service, sales, and independent web design. Each field has contributed something different to my development, from understanding the importance of clear communication to recognizing how thoughtful presentation can influence the way information and ideas are received.
Beyond my professional interests, I have a longstanding fascination with history, science, and the arts. I enjoy building historical models and painting miniature figures, pursuits that require patience, research, precision, and creativity. Travel has further expanded my perspective, with experiences throughout Europe, Asia, South America, and the United States giving me opportunities to encounter different cultures, histories, and ways of life.
