I am a professional in the Safety field with responsibility for DOT and OSHA compliance for a fleet of 130 trucks, a 500,000 sq.ft. distribution center and 5 cross-dock facilities.

I have over twenty years of experience in transportation and distribution, working in management positions with progressively greater supervisory responsibilities. Additionally, my eight years of experience as a law enforcement officer have provided me with extensive knowledge of the regulatory compliance aspects of the industry. As a law enforcement officer, I specialized in Commercial Vehicle Enforcement and received advanced training certifications as an Accident Investigator, Hostage Negotiator, Field Training Officer, and Line Supervisor. Training has been an important part of my responsibilities in my transportation and law enforcement careers.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida Gulf Coast University and an Associate in Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Miami-Dade College.
