An executive with approximately three decades of experience leading firms representing various sectors, Scott LaPorta has been involved in multimillion-dollar acquisitions and integral to the success of spin-offs in the hotel and entertainment industries. Scott LaPorta has led two IPOs and also raised numerous $1 billion debt financing deals for corporations in the hospitality and entertainment industries.

Mr. LaPorta most recently served as the president of California-based Bolthouse Farms, a producer of fresh vegetables, beverages, and salad dressings that generated over $800 million in revenue under his leadership. Leveraging his extensive experience, he helped the company not only achieve the largest market share in the fresh beverage sector, but also diversify via its acquisition of Garden Fresh Gourmet, a producer of salsa and hummus.

Earlier in his career, Scott LaPorta functioned as the president of Levi Strauss Mexico and Canada and the Levi Strauss Signature brand in the United States. Additionally, he has served in executive capacities at Park Place Entertainment Corp., Hilton Hotels Corp., and both the Marriott Corporation and Host Marriott Corporation.

Mr. LaPorta received his bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Virginia and master of business administration in finance from Vanderbilt University.
