Scott Macleod is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine - NASM.

Scott played soccer for sixteen years and has coached U6 - U10 soccer for the past five years. He also trained in dance through highschool and college, practicing jazz, hip-hop, ballet, tap, and comtemporary. Scott believed and still believes that cross training in other diciplines such as dance, makes a person a more complete and diverse athelete.

Scott is also an Army veteran, serving as an infantryman with the 1st Cav. His military experience brings a special perspective to his training and how he is able to positively motivate his clients to reach their goals.

Scott's training methods incorporate each clients personal background story with the goals they set for themselves when starting their program. It's specifically tailored for that cleints individual needs and interests, allowing Scott to keep his clients actively involved, motivated, and happy. Scott truly believes that training should be fun, worth your time (and money!), and be productive.
