Scott Penrose is a Budget Analyst for the California Public Employees' Retirement System. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from California State University, Sacramento. He is currently in his second year of the online MBA program at Quinnipiac University and plans to graduate in Fall 2016. He has worked in fiscal management for over a year and half now and prior to that worked in financial services. His interests include investing, economics, cooking, hiking, fishing, camping, reading, music, art, and spending time with his girlfriend.
