In 1999, Scott Rubman NJ, founded and continues to act as President and Director of On-Site School of Insurance, Inc. located in Edison, New Jersey. On-Site is a brick and mortar training company that provides pre-license training and continuing education courses that meet the Department of Banking and Insurance requirement for Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and FINRA Series 6 & 7 in NJ, NY and PA. On-Site School of Insurance has built a strong client base of insurance companies, banks, and brokerage offices throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

In 2006, Mr.Rubman founded Greenlight Training, Inc. Greenlight is a web-based on-line version of the classroom based On-Site School of Insurance, but by utilizing a web based .NET platform, along with streaming video presentations, enabled Greenlight to expand nationwide. Under his leadership Greenlight quickly became one of the leading providers of on-line insurance training in the country, and in 2014 Greenlight Training successfully merged with Xcel Testing Solutions in Jacksonville FL., forming one of the largest insurance training companies in the country.

Currently Mr. Rubman serves on the Board of Directors of two separate technology start-ups and consults with many local entrepreneurs to help them direct their businesses. He is involved with various non-profits and is always looking for the next opportunity.
