Scott H Spitzer
Scott H. Spitzer, a native of Bethlehem, PA, fell in love with photography in the eighth grade and has been hooked ever since. In 1995, Scott entered the Biomedical Photographic Communications program at Rochester Institute of Technology and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in photography.
Following graduation, Scott began a career as an Air Force Photographer for the Department of Defense at McGuire Air Force Base where he photographed deployments, training exercises, crime scenes and mid-air refueling flights.
Now, Scott’s freelance specialty focuses on architectural, healthcare and event photography. The built environment has always intrigued Scott and he uses his biomedical photography skill set in conjunction with his creativity to produce dramatic imagery that is sought after by local architects, healthcare professionals, corporate marketers and event planners.
Aside from Scott’s interest in architecture and healthcare, he has a passion for creating black and white documentary style photographs. Scott has found the perfect outlet for this interest by exploring the world and seeking out new experiences to photograph which challenge him as an artist.
Scott currently resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two children.
