Scott W. Graves

Based in Orange County, California, I am the the president of The Liberty Lab, Inc., an online development and emerging media firm focused on clients in the policy think tank community and center-right political arena. In 2009, my passion for politics and policy got the better of me and I launched the Open Government Institute of California, publisher of CapitolVotes.org. The goal is to combine the tools of new and traditional media to directly impact the transparency, accountability, performance, and effectiveness of the California state government. Much of my activities were made possible because I spent a lot of time in school. I earned an MBA from the University of Southern California. My studies emphasized information technology and strategic planning. I also studied political science as an undergraduate.
