What you need to know about me is that real estate is just one part of my life.
That may surprise you, but it’s true.
Sure I love the business, the challenges and I love filming Flipping Vegas. I know I’m a lucky guy with a great lifestyle. But, you know what gets me going every morning?
It’s the opportunity to help others – to teach what I do.
I look back on my life and realize I wouldn’t be where I am today without my incredible mentors, supporting wife, and all the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I’m very proud of what we’ve built with our Goliath Company brand and our new ventures in retail across the Southwest.
I learned from the best in the business and now I try to give back through non-profit and charitable work. One way of doing this is supporting the Wounded Warriors project. I believe our veterans deserve good housing, and if I can help them achieve it, that works for me. Amie and I also believe in young people having the opportunities I had of learning from others. That’s why our mentoring of entrepreneurs is very important to us.
As I tell them, “There is always a deal, but knowing what you are doing is the key to making money!”
So how do I have fun? Well, I’ve been known to spend a few dollars on some great cars and both Amie and I love our sports! If we’re feeling more chilled, or had a long week flipping, it’s a walk along the beach with our dog, Tulula.

One key lesson I learned during the crash of 2007, was to always look forward. Sure those were the toughest of days for my industry, but you’ve got to find a way to use the market conditions to make your money work for you.
Overall, I guess you could say I’m a driven guy that is always ready for the next challenge that comes my way!
