Scott Crabtree

Scott Crabtree has been actively involved in different facets of the real estate industry since 2002 and Scott specializes in investment acquisition, disposition and development, commercial sales/ leasing, and sustainability. His professional reputation and work style are based on honesty, ethics and trust, which lead to long term relationship building.

After receiving his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in 2009, Scott worked in the renewable energy industry as a utility scale solar developer. Based out of Boulder, he managed land acquisition, permitting, and entitlements for a national platform in the renewable energy industry. Prior to entering the renewable energy industry, he worked for a Denver-based local development team focused on multifamily and commercial real estate projects and also was part of the Granby Ranch development team in Granby, Colorado.

After earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in 1999, Scott lived in Ketchum, Idaho, working as a real estate broker focused on both resort development and residential sales. Living in Idaho allowed Scott to follow his passion for fly fishing while designing and coordinating fly fishing excursions for clients both locally and internationally.

Scott received his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in 2009 with an emphasis in Real Estate and Sustainability. His undergraduate degree in Economics was earned from the University of Colorado in 1999.
