In 1995, Dr. Ross entered full time ministry at Living Word Christian Fellowship in Richmond, Indiana where he served as the Minister of Youth and Children. Besides leading weekly services for youth and children, he developed an annual children’s camp for 1st through 6th grade and an annual youth camp named “Mission Truth” for grades 7 through 12. He helped to build a sanctuary in 1996 and a fellowship hall in 2000. Dr. Ross played bass and regularly preached the gospel.

In 2003, Dr. Ross founded Richmond Academy, a preK-12 private Christian school, where he served as Headmaster and CEO. He spent ten years facilitating the creation and development of programs and also directed daily operations. He provided technical support to students and staff with a focus on academic planning and social/personal development. He led the school to exemplary status with the Indiana Department of Education in student attendance, state exams, and graduation rates. In 2006, with the help of 60 volunteers, Dr. Ross designed and built a school building with classrooms and a gymnasium.

In 2013, Dr. Ross and his family moved to Canton, Georgia where Dr. Ross has continued to serve the non-profit industry as a Director of Operations where he facilitates programs and services to those in need.

Dr. Ross received his bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics from Indiana University and his doctorate degree in Ministry from Christian Life School of Theology. He holds five other degrees in the fields of information technology and theology.

Dr. Ross is a husband to a beautiful woman, and a father of two beautiful girls and one awesome boy.
