As a therapist and coach for 25 years, I've had diverse experiences providing counseling and coaching services, both locally and internationally. I believe each person has a vision for their own life, but often live someone else's vision instead of their own. They struggle to be the best versions of themselves and live their infinite potential and possibilities.

I am very passionate about people not having to live in the "prison" of their minds because of that "inner critic" voice that holds us hostage from living our passions, purpose, and potential. I know...because I allowed that inner critic to hold me hostage for nearly 30 years and felt "stopped" in pursuing my dreams.

About 15 years ago, I founded True Visionaries, Inc., a heart-centered organization dedicated to assisting those who knew there was something "more," but couldn't quite identify it and instead just heard that inner critic shouting. My goal is to help you learn how to help yourself with tools and skills each time we talk.

I was honored to be a part of 2 books that went to #1 Amazon-ranked International Best-Selling status and this landed me a literary agent in LA that I'm currently in the works with on 1 of the 2 books I've worked on for over 30 years...watch out for it in the future!

As a polished speaker and presenter, I am often requested to design workshops, training programs, and presentations for companies and community organizations who believe in the power of people and community.

I've been humbled by many things others have said through the years, but truly feel honored to walk the journey with anyone who wants to live their authentic life, hear their own heart's music, and write their own soul's poetry. I live my motto of "Inspiring the world one person at a time."

I provide an inspiring, motivating, uplifting and empowering environment where one can feel comfortable and safe to explore all that has held them back and see that they don't have to live that vision someone else created for them. Awareness and using your voice is key and I use a variety of traditional and holistic methods and tools to help you achieve that.
