Shontelle Dixon, MPH, CHES® is a public health leader and consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations design, implement, and scale initiatives that improve maternal and child health, strengthen community systems, and advance health equity.

I am a national public health strategist with cross-sector experience spanning federal agencies, nonprofits, and academic institutions. Throughout my career, I have led multimillion-dollar initiatives, managed diverse teams, and built partnerships that translate policy into practice and data into action. I have held and currently hold leadership roles with the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing Inc., The American Public Health Association, and Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington.

My expertise includes program design, implementation oversight, strategic planning, grant management, and stakeholder engagement. I specialize in helping organizations align evidence-based approaches with real community needs—ensuring programs are effective, sustainable, and impactful.
