Sarah Dejanovich

I am currently a senior at Loyola University Chicago due to graduate May 2013 with a BA in Psychology. I am in my fourth year of working part time in the hospitality industry. Chili's Bar and Grill has taught me skills that include effective leadership and working well under pressure in fast-paced environments; Here, I have moved up the corporate ladder from hostess to server to bartender and am certified as a trainer for new hires. I am well-organized, can multitask, and am an effective team-builder., I can adapt to change, and I have exceptional interpersonal skills. These are skills that the restaurant business demands of you. My current position as a bartender in Evanston, IL is less than an ideal geographical place of employment. I am looking for a serving position closer to the Lakeview area where I reside and my acquired costumer service skills can flourish. After graduation I plan to remain in the city.
