Sherlaine Dela Cruz Banaag

The name “SHERLAINE” was given by my mom on the same day she gave birth to me. My dad wanted it to be “SUNSHINE MAGICA STAR” but it is too long for me to write on my paper when I start schooling. Family members, relatives and friends call me "SHENG".

I was born on August 14, 1995 at Camiling District Hospital in Province of Tarlac here in the Philippines. I am the eldest in our family. I have a brother and a sister. My zodiac sign is Leo (the lion). Leos like me, just like also the king of the jungle, are thought to be strong leaders. Well, I can say that I really possess that characteristic.

I started formal education at the age of 4. I am an academic achiever. Consistent, I may say, because I always receive awards every end of the academic year. I am a Cum Laude graduate of Tarlac State University with the degree Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Currently, I am a college lecturer at my alma mater, Tarlac State University while taking up further studies.

I am a proud member of Iglesia Ni Cristo. This is my religion since birth. I am an organist in the Locale Congregation of San Clemente, Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac II.
