Sabaidee! I am a small business owner, chef, and designer currently living in Los Angeles, California. My interests range from photography to design. I am also interested in entrepreneurship, fitness, and cooking.

Through my 100 pound weight loss journey, my passion has evolved throw helping others reach their goals in health while promoting farm to table cooking. I hope to continue traveling around the nation to provide cooking lessons on Lao cuisine.
