ive had an auto immune disease for 20 years and have found that proper nutrition and exercise can change lives.
i teach martial arts and do personal training....and i also work at a live music venue..because music is my true love. im crazy just like you....im special just like you...im dying...just much sooner than you ..until then im going to do everything ive ever dreamed of...it going to happen,
