Donna Love Seagle

I am Director of Educational Technology and Design and Associate Professor of Psychology at Chattanooga State Community College. I have taught Psychology, Educational Psychology and Education for over 17 years. I’m a licensed School Psychologist and certified k-8 school teacher. I’m a graduate of Virginia Highlands Community College, Emory and Henry College, and Middle Tennessee State University. Yes, I believe in education. The more a person learns - the more complete the view of the world.

I am married to Scott Seagle. Scott is Online Learning Specialist and a history instructor at Chattanooga State. We have one son, Ramsey. He lives for soccer and the great outdoors. I spend a lot of time watching him from all the sidelines of his life being a very proud mother.
