Running away to Tangier was simple , renovating a riad in the medina was not, but I survived process to enjoy the simple pleasures of rooftop terraces, fresh figs and great coffee.
The transition from Nurse to Hotelier has been as interesting as the transition from Tasmanian to Tangierian.
