Hi, I’m Sean Madliwa — a Change Management Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Talent Development Specialist based in Johannesburg, South Africa. For over 20 years, I’ve worked across sectors to help organizations lead with purpose, develop their people, and navigate change with confidence.

My work is rooted in a passion for growth — both personal and organisational. I’ve had the privilege of leading people transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development programs in companies like Deloitte Africa, Kellogg’s, ABSA Group, Pernod Ricard SSA, and British American Tobacco, across South Africa and the continent.

I’m a Prosci® Certified Change Management Professional, Gallup Global Strengths Coach, and a certified facilitator in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) — which is a space I care deeply about. I strongly believe that inclusive workplaces create stronger, more resilient organizations. That’s why I integrate DEIB principles into everything I do — whether it’s leadership coaching, team development, or large-scale transformation.
