I’m Sean Madliwa — a Transformational Change Leader, Leadership Coach and Organisational Effectiveness Specialist helping leaders and organisations turn transformation ambition into sustained change.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across Africa at the intersection of leadership, people, culture and organisational change. Over the past 12 years, my work has increasingly focused on helping organisations navigate complex transformation, build leadership capability and create the conditions for change to endure.

I’ve worked with and alongside organisations including Deloitte Africa, Kellogg’s, ABSA Group, Pernod Ricard SSA and British American Tobacco, supporting leadership development, organisational effectiveness, culture transformation, employee engagement and enterprise change.

Today, I am the Founder and CEO of Change Leadership Partners™ (CLP), where I work with organisations and leaders to lead transformation with greater clarity, capability and discipline. As an organisation, we are focused on advancing the practice of change leadership across the continent.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: transformation is not an event. It is the evolution of Form, Capability and Behaviour.

Through leadership development, coaching, change leadership and organisational transformation, I help leaders move from understanding change to actually leading it — and help organisations move from transformation programmes to transformation that endures.

I’m a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner, Gallup-Certified Global Strengths Coach and LMI Executive Leadership Coach.
