Hi everyone!
I'm a 4th year student in the BBA program of the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. Although Facebook is not a excessive interest of mine, I happened to choose this topic for a previous assignment and therefore this blog aims to provide my personalized opinions on the drastic changes that are about to come to Facebook's News feed. In short, it is said to remove clutter and put more of a focus on the photos, video, and stories you and your friends are sharing. Zuckerberg refers to this new layout as “a newspaper” that is personally tailored for you. This is going to make the web version of Facebook match the mobile version almost perfectly. I think Facebook is putting a much higher emphasis on picture resolution because so much of what we upload is visual content. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my posts and feel free to comment away!
