Former Navy SEAL, both enlisted from 1999-2007 and Officer from 2007-2013. Completed five deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and received an PhD in managing chaos, executing time sensitive operations in unknown environments, and creative problem solving.
Left active duty in 2013 and started my own contract staffing agency and consulting agency. I developed clients in the energy, transportation, and construction industries and had 60 full-time / part-time employees until 2015 when the insurance market for this type of labor imploded.
Raised $350,000 in cash grants and donations for a new veteran focused entrepreneurship program. Also developed another $150,000+ of pro bono attorney services, office space, and financial consulting services.
I am currently working as a regional sales manager for a manufacturing company and launching Foothold Ventures in 2018 which is a Lab-On-A-Chip startup focused on the Ag / Defense markets.
