Sean Alisea

After graduating from high school with honors, Sean Alisea elected to attend Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) in Baltimore after receiving the prestigious Key Scholarship, a private four-year academic grant awarded to candidates that demonstrate leadership in addition to academic achievement. While attending Villa Julie, Sean was an active member of student government, helped plan and execute many school events and also played on the men's soccer team for four straight seasons. Originally declaring as a Business Administration major, Sean eventually gained an interest in computer programming and switched majors to Business and Information Systems in his sophomore year. He affirmed this decision by accepting an internship at the Maryland Casualty Company (later acquired by Zurich Insurance) in his junior year, working as a highly-valued member of the testing and QA team in the commercial insurance division. Sean graduated with high honors in 1995, receiving both an Associates degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems.
Sean began his professional career at USF&G Insurance (later acquired by Saint Paul Companies) in 1995. He has since worked both as an employee and in consulting capacities for various clients across multiple industry verticals such as insurance, smart cards, consumer directory assistance, health care, marketing research and telecommunications.
Sean Alisea currently resides in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara, California. Often called the "America Riviera", Santa Barbara features a unique combination of fantastic beaches, soaring mountain peaks and unique culture not found anywhere else in the continental United States. Santa Barbara is located 100 miles North of Los Angeles on Highway 101.
When not working, Sean pursues a variety of outdoor interests in and around Santa Barbara and the Central Coast region. His hobbies include:

Sean also supports local charities such as the Salvation Army, and volunteers as a part-time tutor at the Santa Barbara School of Squash (SBSOS). The Santa Barbara School of Squash is an urban youth enrichment program combining academic tutoring with squash instruction and mentoring in order to increase the opportunities and resources available to youth in Santa Barbara.
