By Day: I am the Chief Administrative Officer for a dynamite economic development organization, Columbus 2020. The organization is laser focused on telling the Columbus Region story to organizations and people who know little about what the Columbus Region has to offer. We also focus on creating opportunities for business, social and civic leaders to come together in an effort to set the agenda on how to build the economic base by fostering growth in the region through workforce training/education, entrepreneurship, site development and investment.

Afterhours: I am a wannabe entrepreneur who has started and started again with each attempt ending in a learning experience. I am a believer that entrepreneurship can be a tool to reducing joblessness and creating opportunities in areas where there are few.

I'm also an avid believer and supporter of quality education in those areas that are sometimes challenged because of the economics and plight of the neighborhoods in which kids are born into. I think families need options if their neighborhood schools are failing them. Options breed competition, which ups the scales in terms of the quality of education a kid may receive. Love online, charter and all other avenues of education which looks to upset the apple cart in an effort to build a better wheel.
