I practice law in the State of West Virginia, and my area of concentration is workers' compensation. For longer than 20 years, I have represented employers in workers' compensation matters. My current practice involves not only representing employers in workers' compensation litigation, but also rendering advice to insurance carriers, many of which are new to West Virginia.
