Relationships - what's important to you, are you satisfied?
Career - are you energized or drained?
Movement - What is fitness? How do you feel?
Together we find you "where you are" and assess our current relationships to these Four Elements to find "where you belong". Meanwhile, we assess your diet and apply simple changes slowly to begin the transformation to a nourishing, balanced way of eating that works for your bio-individualistic needs.
Our relationship to food, even knowing "what it is", speaks volumes about our values and "who we are". My simplistic, low pressure, forgiving approach to supporting your making positive change in this life may be just what you need to find "where you are" and "where you belong".
