Sean Kumar

Sean comes from an engineering background with experience in designing and managing computer systems and is up to date with the latest in web and cloud technologies. He is a dedicated, hard-working, and motivated self-starter with over eight years of hands-on experience in web application design and development. He is passionate about front end UI design and the total end-user experience. Sean is product focused and believes the synergy between good design and technology produces successful businesses. Furthermore he understands how to turn functional and business requirements into an enjoyable user experience and how to deploy to market with a monetization strategy.

In his spare time he is also actively managing and overseeing the design and development of two new SaaS applications: Madpads, which aims to help consumers in the luxury real estate market, and an early stage stealth start-up hoping to make an impact on how businesses deliver software to the cloud and achieve scalable automation.

He was the Technology Director and Co-Founder at Auctus Partners, which was a Boston based technology incubator and venture accelerator, the team successfully raised funding for two proprietary project.

He is actively interested in learning new software and tools to work with large scale data sets, and is currently in the process of learning and applying Linux Containers while using Docker to improve application delivery to the cloud.
