After 5 years' of recruiting for some of the top recruitment agencies in the country I decided to make the move in-house. For 3.5 years' I was working as Head of Talent Acquisition for Incisive Media a B2B publishing house in the heart of the West End before moving to Argus Media based in Farringdon, then heading up recruitment for McLaren Racing and Director of Talent Acquisition at Allocate Software in Richmond. I now head up TA for System C, I'm a keen photographer and publish all my photos on 500px.
