Sean Mayse

Sean Alexander Mayse is a graduate student and a professional in the hospitality industry. He plays basketball, soccer, and football and enjoys spending time at the lake or the beach where he swims, surfs, and goes wakeboarding. Mayse is also a snowboarder and a motorcycle enthusiast.

In addition to pursuing his M.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management at the University of Central Florida, Sean Mayse currently fulfills the role of Group Sales Manager at Vision One Hospitality Consultants, LLC. Vision One Hospitality Consultants, located in Kissimmee, Florida, provides consulting, marketing, and management services to owners of hotels and other lodging properties. The company specializes in revenue management, sales, training and development, and housekeeping management, among other areas. Sean Mayse has been with Vision One Hospitality Consultants since August 2011.

Before enrolling in the University of Central Florida, Sean Mayse earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Minor in Business from The Florida State University, which he attended from 2005 to 2009. During his undergraduate years, he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Delta Phi chapter of Delta Tau Delta, and the Economics Club (Students for Economic Enlightenment). As part of his education, Mayse fulfilled a management internship at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the summer of 2008.

In addition to his education and professional training, Sean Mayse worked in various other positions in the hospitality industry. He held the position of Doorman at Miller's Ale House, worked as a Bartender at Liquid Bar & Grill, and completed training at ABC Bartending School in 2009. In addition, for the summer months of 2004 to 2006, Mayse served as a lifeguard at Hard Rock Hotel and received a department Employee of the Month award.

Sean Mayse maintains professional affiliations with several organizations, including Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and Professional Convention Management Association.
